This filter pump, compatible with sand and filter balls, is a great option for keeping your pools and spas clean without the need for additives or chemicals.
The filter pump is based on a natural filtration system: water is pumped into a tank containing silica sand, which in turn absorbs impurities and particles, producing clean water. The pre-filter basket is an additional mechanism that filters to capture larger particles such as leaves, hair and dirt. It also protects the impeller of your pump and helps it run continuously and more smoothly.
This filter pump has a 7-way valve, which can be adjusted to different settings to filter pool water: close (stops water flow), backwash (cleans the sand bed), rinse (for initial start-up, cleaning and leveling the sand bed), drain and circulate pool water and winterize for off-season storage.
Thanks to its reinforced plastic casing, this pool filter pump guarantees performance in any climate, offering a long service life. The internal timer allows you to set an automated operating period. It is suitable for above-ground pools such as those from Intex and Bestway.
