Payment Methods
At Get U , we offer a variety of safe and convenient payment methods to ensure a simple and efficient shopping experience:

All transactions are processed with secure encryption, ensuring the protection of your data.
Exchanges
At Get U , we do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges exclusively in the event of a defective item.
How do I request an exchange?
If the item has a defect, follow these steps:
- Send an email to rma@getyou.pt with:
- The order number
- The description of the defect
- Photographs of the product that prove the problem
- Our team will review the request and inform you about the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedures.
- If approved, we will indicate the steps to proceed with the exchange of the product.
Exchanges must be requested within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Products must be returned in their original packaging and without signs of improper use. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
